Gravity Roller Conveyor Curves - Light Duty
Gravity Conveyor Curves come in a wide variety of sizes including 12", 18" and 24" widths. These light duty gravity roller conveyor curves with aluminum or steel frames are available with both 45º and 90º angled curves. Choose from a heavier duty industrial grade steel frame or a lighter weight aluminum conveyor frame, both of which can be used for a wide assortment of conveying tasks.
The point where the conveyor pieces connect and on both open ends is where the stands will be placed. If you plan on using conveyor curves the same rules apply, only when connecting with other pieces, they must also have a support in the middle.
Stands details:
- Each 10' piece of conveyor needs 2 conveyor stands
- Two 10' pieces of conveyor needs 3 conveyor stands
- Three 10' pieces of conveyor needs 4 conveyor stands
- and so on
Weight capacities:
Steel frame:
- Maximum static load per roller - 120 lb.
- 10' section maximum uniformly distributed load - 350 lb.
Aluminum frame:
- Maximum static load per roller - 120 lb.
- 10' section maximum uniformly distributed load - 160 lb.

- Made utilizing durable steel or aluminum frame and galvanized steel rollers
- Widths of 12", 15, 18" and 24" to choose from
- Rollers provided are 1-3/8" diameter x 18 gauge
- Legs are NOT included
