Deluxe Forklift Bulk Containers
These deluxe model bulk forklift containers offer sanitary storage option when cleanliness is a must. Constructed entirely of plastic, the metal-free bin-and-base combination containers are easy-to-clean, efficient-to-ship and perfect for use by food manufacturers.
They are is ideal for sanitary storage and secure transport throughout any processing facility loop. The smooth plastic, with no internal pockets, dimples or reservoirs, is easy to clean and immune to attack from cleansers, salts, water and other chemicals or contaminants for washdown. The smooth, flat interior also minimizes bruising to the food products to maintain food product quality throughout the supply chain. They stack easily when covered, nest when empty and are made of FDA/USDA-approved material for food contact.
The pallet base is held by four plastic screws and is easily removed for cleaning or replacement. This attachment has been rigorously tested in the laboratory and field.
Pallet legs have extra-thick "soles" for strength and wear resistance. Lid has recesses for positive stacking.
