Stack Racks Bases
A stack rack system provides the unit load capabilities of a pallet with the product protection of static storage rack, giving you the ability to have convenient, portable yet stackable storage racks. These racks are ideal for applications where racks are used extensively throughout the manufacturing, warehousing and transporting stages, but flexibility is still an issue.
Stack racks are purchased as individual components. Heavy-duty stacking rack bases can be combined with the coordinating stack rack corner posts to create full stack rack systems.
The bases are built using 10 to 13 gauge welded tubular steel, giving a very dependable load carrying strength, and can be stacked up to 4 levels high for maximum storage. Bases can have an open or wood plank deck with a unit capacity of either 2,000 lb. or 4,000 lb. depending upon model.
