Placing an online order couldn't be easier!
Once you find the product/s you'd like to buy you will see that some products have options to determine the size you want. Required options are marked with an *. Make sure you choose one of each of the available options. Click on the red "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.
A box will pop up showing the product with choices that you made, along with the price. This price is the pre-shipping charge (more on that later). From this box, you can either proceed to the checkout, continue shopping for more items, or view or edit your cart using the red buttons on the right hand side.
When you decide you're done shopping, click the Proceed to Checkout button. This button will take you to our 100% secure server. You will need to log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you will need to create one.
Add your shipping address and choose shipping options. Click the red Continue button to move to the billing section and add your billing address. Click the red Continue button to move to the payment section.
In the payment section, click the box under Terms and Conditions to accept the terms to place the order.
You will receive an email from us within 48 hours with a quote for your order plus shipping.
Due to the rapidly changing prices because of the pandemic and supply chain issues, some products require us to get the current real-time price from the manufacturer. When you click on this button, we contact the manufacturer directly to get an accurate price and will return the price and freight quote back to you within 48 hours.
A credit card surcharge will added if paying by credit card, including freight. Other payment options are available. Payment type and surcharge will not be finalized until approved by customer.
If you are paying in a different way, you will not be required to pay this amount. Please contact us for additional payment options.
As you going through the checkout process, after each section you should see a red "Continue" button. If the "Continue" button is grayed out, there is a problem in that part of the checkout. This usually happens with there is an extra space or character in the typed address information.
To fix this, try retyping the address in the billing section manually. This removes any extra spaces or characters that are causing the problem. Once the problem is corrected, the "Continue" button will turn red, signalling you to move to the next section.
Your username is your email address. If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot your password link on the Login page.
Your freight information will usually be sent out within 6 hours of your order submission during normal business hours. Orders submitted on Friday after 3:00 pm will usually not receive freight information until the following Monday. If it has been more than 48 business hours since you submitted your order and you have still not received your freight information, please call us at (320) 485-4972 or email us directly at onlinesales@sjf.com.
SJF cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States, Mexico, and Canada, however we can ship to any US border. You will be responsible for any international brokerages and the costs involved with getting equipment outside of the US.
Customer will be responsible for all applicable sales tax, including but not limited to state, county, and local taxes.

Yes, you can track your order or any previous orders you've placed. Just log into your account and click on the small person icon in the upper right hand corner of the website. Choose "Orders" under this menu.
