Roach’s SH Heavy Duty Conveyor Stands (H-stands) are engineered to provide reliable and adjustable support for your conveyor system, offering a stable conveying surface for both level and sloped applications. These stands are ideal for connecting two conveyor frames, allowing for longer, uninterrupted conveyor runs. The H-stands are bolted to the floor and the conveyor sections, ensuring either permanent or temporary stability.

Applications:

End Support: Typically placed at the ends of the conveyor system.

Mid-Section Support: Additional supports can be added between the end supports to increase load capacity, depending on manufacturer specifications.

Multiple Section Support: For runs of two or more sections, one support can be positioned at the joint between two conveyors. Example: A 3-section conveyor run only requires 4 stands (End – Mid Joint – Mid Joint – End).

Curves: For curved conveyors, three supports are needed—at both ends and in the middle. In certain cases, a single-leg support can be used for middle support, such as for 90-degree curves with continuous side rails or where cross braces are not applicable.
CONSTRUCTION: 10 ga. inside and outside channel assemblies; C-3 plates are 7 ga.; cross braces are 10 ga. up to 27” BF and 7 ga. 31” BF and above.
WIDTHS: 7”, 9”, 13”, 15”, 17”, 19”, 21”, 23”, 25”, 27”, 31”, 33”, 37”, 39”, 43”, 45”, 47”, 51” BF only; 54”, 57” and 63” BF.
