Ball Transfer Table
The Roach Bodel B Ball Transfer Table is a durable, multi-directional conveying solution for the smooth manual handling of flat-surfaced products. Utilizing groups of ball transfer assemblies, this product supports operator-centric tasks, such as alignment, rotation, and positioning on or between conveyor lines. Ideal for workstations and packaging points, ball transfers allow manual flexibility without the need of power.
PUSH FORCE: The push force required to move a product over ball transfer depends on the weight and condition of the product. It may require anywhere for 2% to 15% of unit weight.
DETERMINE BALL SPACING: Divide minimum package dimension by 2.5. Center to center ball spacing results with minimum 9 ball casters required to support each package
